Booking terms & policies

Please read before proceeding

  • Cancellation Policy

    All appointments require a £50 deposit to secure your chosen date and time. Please note that your booking isn’t confirmed until the deposit has been received. We kindly operate with a 48-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment and give more than 48 hours’ notice, your deposit can be refunded or transferred to a new date. If changes or cancellations are made with less than 48 hours’ notice, the deposit becomes non-refundable and non-transferable, and a new £50 deposit will be required to book again.

  • Lateness Policy

    I kindly ask that all clients arrive on time for their appointments. I offer a 15-minute grace period if you are running late. However, if you arrive more than 15 minutes past your scheduled time, I may not be able to carry out your appointment. In these cases, the deposit is non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another date, and a new £50 deposit would be required to rebook. I understand that traffic and travel delays can happen, so please ensure you allow plenty of time for your journey. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

  • Payments

    A £50 deposit is required for all appointments and is payable via BACS. The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment, and I kindly ask that this is also paid by BACS.

  • Collection Times

    Castings usually take around 3–4 months to complete and must be collected once finished. Each piece involves several stages of careful work. If I need anything from you, I’ll be in touch, and I will always contact you as soon as your casting is ready. Thank you for your patience, understanding, and appreciation of the work involved.
